By accessing or using our Big Appify website or its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and legally binding agreement governing the use of the Big Appify website or its services. This Agreement is effective immediately and remains in full force until terminated as provided herein. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, with notification provided via email.

Big Appify specializes in transforming manual business processes into automated, intelligent systems. Our core mission is to build robust databases and user-friendly non-code applications for both web and mobile platforms.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Custom Application Development: We leverage no-code platforms to build sophisticated web and mobile applications tailored to your specific business needs.

• Customer Experience & Client Engagement: Building powerful CRMs, client portals, and automated engagement systems.

• Internal Operations & Process Automation: Streamlining internal workflows such as employee onboarding, leave management, expense reporting, and task automation.

• Data Analytics & System Management: Creating automated reporting systems, real-time dashboards, and data analytics platforms.

• Data Integration & Migration: Seamlessly connecting your existing systems, databases, and tools (including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Google Workspace) into a unified ecosystem.

• Specialized & Industry Solutions: Developing custom solutions for specific industries, including asset management, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.

The Services will also include any other tasks which the Parties may agree on. The Contractor hereby agrees to provide such Services to the Client.

By contributing content to our site, you agree to the following:

• You must not post content that includes viruses, political ads, spam, or is otherwise misleading or harmful.

• You must use your real identity and refrain from impersonating others.

• By sharing content, you grant Big Appify a nonexclusive right to use, reproduce, adapt, and share it across various platforms. You also permit us to use the name you submit in connection with such content.

• You confirm that you own or otherwise control all rights to the content you post, that it is accurate, and that its use will not cause injury to any person or entity.

• Big Appify Content: All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Big Appify and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. This material may not be reproduced without our written permission. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the Big Appify homepage, provided the link does not portray our company or services in a false, misleading, or offensive manner.

• Client Projects: For services rendered, all intellectual property and related material developed or produced under a service agreement will be considered a "work made for hire" and will be the sole property of the Client. The use of such Intellectual Property by the Client will not be restricted.

Confidential Information refers to any data relating to a client's business that is proprietary and not generally known in the industry, including business processes and client records.

• Big Appify is committed to handling your information with care and ensuring only authorized team members have access to your data.

• We agree not to disclose, divulge, or use any Confidential Information obtained during our engagement for any purpose, except as authorized by the Client or as required by law.

• These obligations of confidentiality will apply during the term of any service agreement and will survive indefinitely upon its termination.

Compensation for services will be governed by the specific project agreement or as per the pricing announced on our website. Invoices are due upon receipt. All monetary amounts are in EGP (Egyption Pounds) or USD (US Dollars) unless otherwise specified. Big Appify has the right to amend the prices of services at any point with an email notification sent to the client.

Our site and services are provided "as is". While we work to keep our site, servers, and emails free of harmful software, we cannot guarantee they will always be free of issues. Big Appify is not responsible for any difficulties or damages that may arise from using our site, Use of our site is at your own discretion.

This Agreement will remain in effect indefinitely until terminated.

• A party wishing to terminate a service agreement must provide 14 calendar days' written notice to the other party.

• In the event of a material breach of this Agreement, the non-defaulting party may terminate the Agreement immediately.

• This Agreement may also be terminated at any time by the mutual agreement of the Parties.

• Entire Agreement: This document represents the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior representations or warranties.

• Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

• Assignment: A contractor or client may not voluntarily assign or transfer their obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party.

• Modification: Any amendment or modification to this Agreement will only be binding if evidenced in writing and signed by an authorized representative of each Party.
